A young United States Marine breaks down in tears at the memory of his best friend killed in action on the homeward journey from the deserts of Iraq. Marines often go home by aircraft carrier to the U.S.A. Post traumatic stress disorder is now on the increase with the American armed forces. So far over four thousand soldiers, men and women, are reported to be suffering, as a direct result from serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.
