A terminally ill female patient waits for treatment in a tuberculosis hospital in Kuito, Angola. The hospital is run and funded by the French Non-Governmental Organisation M.S.F. This girl is only twenty-three years old but the disease is in the final terrible stages and has aged her long before her time. Combined with extreme malnutrition she had just a few days to live.
